We're currently in the medibay-- there was an incident with explosives and Megatron has been given some painkillers to help with his recovery.

[he doesn't directly say it was anemone, because even if he assumes it is, he isn't about to tell twitch her friend did something terrible again without direct proof.]

...Painkillers are supposed to make you go into recharge, but when you resist the urge, as Megatron has for some reason, then you behave, ah... differently.

Yes. He will recover just fine, Twitch. I know it's unpleasant when people get hurt, but he is where he needs to be to get better.

How? What if he died? What happened? Is he going to die? Did you get blown up? What if something is wrong with the ship!

I'm not... entirely certain. I have only recently been notified myself. [and he's not been back long!] He didn't and won't die, I'm not sure what happened, I didn't get blown up and I don't think there's anything wrong with the ship.

He wanted to ask you where I am, but I'm standing right next to him. I'm going to try and get him to go into recharge and then we can talk. Are you happy to wait a little bit?

[Twitch wouldn't say that 'happy' was the right word and she wasn't dumb. Nothing wrong with the ship and Optimus was being vague. She could put the pieces together.]

[he's about to just leave megatron to it and go find twitch, who is more important here, until megatron starts trying to message more people and mentioning things that were only relevant in the war?? this could end extremely badly if he says the wrong thing to the wrong person.

[it's possible optimus might have a thought, later, about how trying to do this all himself was probably not the best move.]
